Description
Heroine Quest is a Jungian coaching approach built on the Heroine’s Journey. It gives coaches a clear, symbolic map of this inner path and a set of practical tools to accompany clients through it. The method is grounded in analytical psychology, the archetypal wisdom of goddess mythology, and the ICF Core Competencies. It helps clients recognise where they are in their own story and what is asking to emerge next.
The journey is not only for women. It speaks to anyone, of any gender, whose feminine side (intuition, feeling, receptivity, relatedness, body wisdom) has been set aside in order to succeed.
Training Dates: December 11-13 from 16:00 until 22:00 CET
The fee includes access to the application of Heroine Quest and full training.
What You Will Learn
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the Heroine’s Journey as a map of psychological development and individuation
- Recognise the ten stages and the typical patterns, limiting beliefs and challenges of each
- Work with goddess archetypes as living images in coaching, not as labels or diagnoses
- Facilitate a self-directed dialogue between the client and an archetypal figure
- Guide clients through the four Gates using experiential, expressive and reflective exercises
- Formulate evocative, possibility-focused questions aligned with ICF Competency 7 (Evokes Awareness)
- Support clients in turning symbolic insight into grounded action (ICF Competency 8, Facilitates Client Growth)
- Integrate the Heroine Quest card deck into individual and group coaching
- Maintain ethical boundaries between coaching and therapy when working with deep material
