ICF Mentor Coaching Program
Mentor coaching is an important part of the journey to becoming a professional coach, and it is a requirement for the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF’s) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials. ICF requires coaches to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching for both ACC and PCC designations. This program is designed by the Jungian Coaching School to be in compliance with the ICF’s requirements and is approved by ICF for coach mentoring.
18 Hours of mentoring – 15 hours in a group setting and 3 hours one-on-one.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Program includes both group mentoring and individual mentoring sessions over ZOOM.
The International Coaching Federation guidelines allow for mentor coaching to be completed in a one-on-one or group format. Of the 10 hours of mentor coaching required for credentialing, up to 7 hours may be completed in the group format, and three hours must be completed one-on-one.
GROUP MENTORING (Fee: 650 Euro; with the option of Payments in 2 Installments)
Five 3 hour bi-weekly sessions – a total of 15 hours
- Review and explore each ICF core competency to deepen your understanding of its implementation in coaching
- Master the coaching process and accelerate your learning
- Coach another participant for 30 minutes on a real life situation
- Receive feedback from each course participants
- Get written and verbal feedback highlighting areas of strength and recommending opportunities for development by the Mentor
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING (Fee: 100 Euro for each 1 hour mentoring session, Paid Separately)
Three 60 minute one-on-one sessions – total of 3 hours
Individual Mentoring (one-on-one) sessions are scheduled at your convenience and must be conducted over a minimum of three months to allow for practice and integration of the mentoring feedback. In the individual session, you will receive:
- Direct written and verbal feedback on your recorded coaching sessions.
- Opportunity to ask specific questions about your coaching skills development.
The Mentor Coaching Program participants will work directly with Vicdan Merter PCC, CPCC who is a faculty at Jungian Coaching School.
