Jungian Coaching Method offers the “KIT”; four sets of Jungian coaching cards based on C.G. Jung’s psychology.
The first package offers 24 images which represent archetypes of the psyche and 24 archetypes of the corporation. Each card includes an explanation on its back so that one may use these cards to initiate a coaching dialogue with a client. Based on the Jungian principle of the Compensatory Function, the cards denote whether the client wishes to possess those traits or actually “owns” them. These cards reflect the actual or hidden potential of the client.
FEMININE and MASCULINE
The second set of cards combines two packages, Pink and Blue, which present a whole spectrum of “Feminine and Masculine attributed traits”. By applying the concepts of Anima and Animus, these two profiles of traits (which C.G. Jung has connected to the Feminine and Masculine psychic database) enable your coachee to expand behaviors and responses. These coaching cards are targeted to empower the coachee to explore wider boundaries of his or her personality without referring to gender.
The third set of cards is accompanied by a board that describes the Hero Quest, based on the Jungian, J. Campbell. This set is designed to help the coachees cope with dilemmas in their careers. For each of the 15 steps along the hero journey, the Jungian coaching cards offer empowering cards which deepen the client’s awareness of the current phase he or she is in their career.
The last set of cards is intended for both executive and team coaching. Based on the Jungians Corbett & Pearson, Jungian Coaching Method has developed this wonderful set which enables the coachee to develop his or her leadership traits. In addition, these cards serve teams in finding out which archetypes fall into their inferiority and blindness and which are those that can empower them with greater communication and collaboration. The set is designed for both genders.
