About this module

In this module attendants will learn the basic vocabulary of Jungian Coaching for both individual and corporate clients. This includes the concepts of archetypes, transcendence, compensatory function, and non-rational thinking. In addition, learners will be trained to think symbolically in order to be able to use symbols, metaphors and images in coaching. On the last day, students will practice in an actual Jungian Coaching session with their volunteer coachee to encourage assimilation and integration of their learning.

You will master following coaching tools in Module 1: Ego Functioning Assessment (“The Pizza”); “Getting to Know You,” an assessment tool for corporate employees; Ego-Self Dialogue Chart; and 24 Archetypes of the Psyche & Organization cards.

Sobre o Módulo

Neste módulo, os participantes vão poder aprender o vocabulário básico do Coaching Junguiano para clientes individuais e corporativos. Inclui os conceitos de arquétipos, transcendência, função compensatória e pensamento não-racional. Além disso, os alunos serão treinados para pensar simbolicamente, a fim de serem capazes de usar símbolos, metáforas e imagens no coaching. No último dia, os alunos praticarão numa sessão real de Coaching Junguiano com o seu coachee voluntário para encorajar a assimilação e integração da sua aprendizagem.

No final do módulo todos os participantes receberão um diploma de participação e a possibilidade de continuidade da certificação na escola internacional.
