About Course
Advanced Jungian Coaching is a program designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding and proficiency in Jungian coaching, particularly in alignment with the International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies. This program offers specialized mentoring to guide students as they advance their coaching skills and effectively integrate Jungian principles. It is designed for students intending to apply for the ICF credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Being mentored is an important part of the journey to becoming a professional coach. It is a mandatory part of the certification process for the International Coaching Federation’s ACC and PCC certifications. Both require coaches to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching with an ICF-approved coach. This program is designed by the Jungian Coaching School to be in compliance with the ICF’s requirements and is approved by the ICF for mentor coaching. It consists of 15 hours of group mentoring, 3 hours of individual mentoring, and performance evaluation of two recorded coaching sessions.
Students are required to submit two recordings of their coaching sessions. These recordings are carefully assessed by experienced ICF assessors, providing constructive feedback and valuable insights to enhance coaching proficiency. Successful submission and evaluation of these recordings is a crucial step towards earning the program’s certificate. After receiving their Jungian Coaching School diploma, students may apply for ICF’s PCC credential, which entails registering for and passing the ICF Credentialing Exam and submitting their coaching hours log sheet.
